i think its still a game being played by someone or group to attract/create some buying interest... Probably they know that no one is going to dump big chunk of shares at them in a single stroke... and huge bids attracts some buying interest (and of course those created big bids will sell on ASk??)

This is all IMHO and with the limited research I have done. I do not give advice, please do your own DD
