Based on that 20F, common stock still have stockholders equity of $244k and that works out to about .084 per share as of December 31.
They can't liquidate since they have no ships left to do such.
Dividend owed to preferred will only be paid once they become profitable again. So, if they can't rebuild first then dividends owed to preferred will never get paid.
