How many days on the SHO list before regulators step in and supervise a forced buy in? Imagine the chaos if some of the large holders began pulling certs? This link is supposed to have the answers but as we know not following the rules generates slap on the wrist fines which are considered a cost of doing business and there are no real penalties for repeatedly breaking the law. https://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/regsho.htm
