Oh.....there is one more thing.....why are you trying to make the former MSX shareholders that this CIVIL case has ANYTHING to do with ownership of Mina Pascua? C 1912-2001 IS in the SUPREME COURT. Do you think that by mentioning the 5-0 "decision" (what a bunch of BS!) by the supreme court that people will think that this is a Supreme Court case? Because it "aint"
