So......when JL loses his case against the BCSC....what are you going to say then? Do you think MSX will trade again? You had better get your answer ready.... because JL does not stand a chance.

IF this even takes place....which it most likely won't based on the jurisdiction issue.....the BCSC has boatloads of lost cases by JL that prove he has nothing to do with C 1912-2001. Think about this just for a second with an open mind......BCSC attorney shows JUST the latest 23rd civil court ruling.....a ruling which actually spells out CLEARLY that JL has nothing to do with Mina Pascua/ C 1912-2001. What is Torres defense? It was a rookie judge? The secretary made the ruling? Sorry....you guys might buy that load of crap from JL/BJ....but the courts would laugh Torres out of the court room! But the likelihood of the BCSC going to Chile is about as close to ZERO as you can get. 99% it will be tossed just on the lack of jurisdiction. Another thing....just what Chilean law did the BCSC supposedly break??? The BCSC has to do with publically traded companies in Canada....that's it. This will go the way of every other case JL has brought....another loss....but that is the lopeadope DEFENSE.....right?
