Bear in mind, however, that Chris used his newsletter to debunk the idea that expense control on the part of management was a problem. Copying and pasting his source's language, he presented the counterpoint that the company was under creditor control, and the associated scrutiny would eliminate any SG&A waste.

Furthermore, the point about management manipulating the stock by leaking information didn't end up in his newsletter. If you recall, that came from a second source of mine (a coal industry insider), and none of that particular source's highly-negative feedback on MMC made its way into Chris' update.
