Just browsing back in yr end and then to the qtr...

The yr end showed a Ltd obligation of about 134,000 that is now clear in the qtr. That was 60mm shares for that obligation.
That's .0023 - they got a great deal!!!
I think maybe it had to do with some of the scum past mgt who diluted and devalued the old company and left a last stake to pull out.

I agree good to be rid of this and get clear and debt free. But looking at the selling...i think if they are liquidating their position then we have a ways to go.
