Unfortunately that was an older article. I personally think this is worth more as a going concern, but I'll take a liquidation if necessary.

Seems there may be an offer on the table for the California assets already. Those are a bit different though because they were unencumbered.

I'm really hoping that EIG loses their arse because of shady bookkeeping and lazy administrative paperwork! They really screwed up on the OGL. Serves them right!
