Nick, I understand the craze for green businesses, but this one flies in the face of investment logic. TSLA might someday may a profit, but so far the best it can do is lose between $4 and $5/share. In a way, this reminds me somewhat of the dot com boom. Ford and GM are established businesses. I don't like GM for some reasons that have to do with the government bailout. Ford, on the other hand makes a profit, pays a dividend, and is in no danger of going under. I will continue to invest in Ford, and collect the nice divident while I wait for sanity on Wall Street, which of course may never come.
