SFIV now delinquent SEC reporting company
Not being delinquent is one of the requirements of being a part of the OTCQB tier. I wonder if they will blame this on their highly-paid consultant, Hop-ON CEO Peter Michaels?
Hop-On is now in default in Nevada, lost its current status on the OTC, and has no business license, needed to conduct business or enter into contracts in the USA. Peter Michaels is a felon, and is known for fraud, including recent fraud.
Maybe it can be blamed on former Hop-On employee Peter Mortensen, who is now president of SFIV.
SFIVE has no CEO. The former CEO resigned from SFIV.
