From my understanding on those things.

Cornerstone investor (I believe that the cornerstone investor will not invest till they raise a preplanned amount first. Why would they announce his name till then?)

Other income prospects (Maybe they have not found any that look profitable, or they don't have the extra funds to make it happen at the moment. We both know that they have not been using the market for money in quite a while. It takes money to start new ventures)

New office (Barbara did get a new office. She is on the board of ILST and runs the office for them. ILST shares a large office space with another business where they both benefit from the arrangement)

Contractor to get paid after gold is mined I need to do some DD on that to refresh my memory and I'll get back to you on that.)

Reality TV show (They could not do a reality show because they would be following them around all day with cameras. That would be a lot of inside info getting out before it's announced. They did not want to take the risk I believe.)
