Total company assets are valued at just under $1.2 million dollars yet CBIS is going to pay Dana Farber $1.8 million? Makes zero sense. If CBIS's technology is so great, why isn't Dana Farber paying CBIS $1.8 million? CBIS is gonna need to create and sell a lot more shares. Major additional dilution is on the way.
