No, not a one. I think I sent three well-spaced apart and always trying to think of some topic that he might (and could) respond to. But I think one of the group, including yourself, that was keeping in touch by email said he did get one response once. He probably gets lots of emails for all his cases, and has to be careful what he says. So I guess that means he satisfies almost all of his fiduciary responsibility just by those case updates on his site. In fact, one of my emails even suggested I was part of a group interested in buying the IP. It seems that is just one more topic he can handle by those updates--maybe some type of announcement that bidding is underway? I'd love to ask someone all these questions without getting billed $300!
