The pattern from PTOI is to PR bullcrap.

Nov 2013 - Gradually ramping up fuel production; never happend

July 2014 - Damaged water cooling system but its repaired, is it? Quarterly reports still say broken

Nov 2014 - suspended fuel production and ongoing discussions to sell processors; nothing sold

Jan 2015- contracts to sell processors but none sold and contracts void

Jan 2015 - pilot program; never happened

Feb 2015 - increased demand; and yet no sales

May 2015 - more opportunities to sell processors; and nothing

Sept 2015 - more deals with EcoNav and suspended AGM; and nothing again

March 2016 - launching sales and marketing program - details soon!; no details yet

Sept 2016 - finalized MOU; and still nothing

Dec 2016 - sorry, we are not involved with $350 million Indiana project but its good news; it is?

May 2017 - MOU pushed out again(one week away); Time will tell
