Great to see that the new company doesn't dilute the share count now or after a R/S since the debt has been paid down dramatically and the company will have revenue and products in the near future. Besides the insiders getting their shares after restrictions come off there is no need for the new company to give out shares .Just look at the outstanding share count that has not changed in 9 months.Golden State isn't diluting now though they have shares NOW but arnt selling any shares .There is no dilution taking place now and definitely no need to give out shares and dilute after a reverse split with [/b]revenue and product sells in the near future.The facts remain the same , there has been no dilution for 9 months and counting because the debt that led to dilution is GONE !!!!!!!!!!! Great things ahead and the best is yet to come !!!
