My current SPXL (SPX 3x Bull) buy strategy, I will establish my 1st SPXL position (200 shares) after a SPX 60-E-1 has been confirmed, I will add 200 shares at each subsequent 60-E-1/60-SC-1 confirmation (one position per P1 cycle) up to 1000 shares, then my last position I will add 300 shares after the confirmation of a 60-SC-1. Total of 1300 shares max.
My current SPXL sell strategy, is to sell all SPXL positions after a 60-SC-2 is confirmed.
My current SPXU buy strategy, I will establish my 1st SPXU (SPX 3x Bear) position (100 shares) when a 60-SC-2 has exceeded it’s average High duration which is currently 25 trading hours & has reached it’s projected range. The main purpose I am buying SPXU in a Bull Market is to hedge (cheap insurance) for any sudden drop in the market. My SPXU buy strategy will change as the Bull Market progresses or if a Bear market is confirmed.
My current SPXU sell strategy during a SPX Cycles Bull Market. I will sell all profitable positions after confirmation of a 60-SC-1. I will sell all my SPXU/SPXS positions when it is advantageous for me to take a capital gains loss, I will have to be careful to avoid a wash sale.
