Janey, guess the 47 offer didn't present an obstacle after all. When the large 50 offer is taken, the path to $land is wide open.
Granted it might take another blockbuster 1/4 or, perhaps 2, but not to worry it will happen. In the meantime just relax, enjoy the summer and be content with what you have locked up tight.
