Yes, and outright "manipulation".
A "test" of support levels and same-same of resistance levels.
All about fair trading for the retail market/traders, but this is not. Big volume shareholders are simply "front running" via HFT exchanges. Not only do they get a .03 per share per trade "rebate", but they make $$$$$$ on the spreads in a market order. We do NOT use market orders, but many do. No wise in these times.
