It was a forward split and it was effectuated in February.

There was no reverse split, and as far as I know, one is not planned as the share structure in the Merger Agreement works out without a reverse split.

However, with that said, there is one curious mention in the 8K that does concern me a little bit.

Section 5.09 Amendment of Articles of Incorporation.

Prior to the Effective Time, Pubco shall amend its articles of incorporation and effect a forward split, name change and stock split, along with a change of Pubco’s symbol.

Forward split, name change and stock split...?? Why is 'split' mentioned twice....I assume this is just strangely worded as a reverse split doesn't make much sense at all.
