LMAO! They are touting the Zack's paid dump on the Yahoo board.

OMG! Zack's is a paid promoter. If you believe anything from them you have already lost and you need to get a clue:

"Zacks SCR has received compensation from the issuer directly or from an investor relations consulting firm engaged by the issuer for providing non-investment banking services to this issuer and expects to receive additional compensation for such non-investment banking services provided to this issuer. The non-investment banking services provided to the issuer includes the preparation of this report, investor relations services, investment software, financial database analysis, organization of non-deal road shows, and attendance fees for conferences sponsored or co-sponsored by Zacks SCR. The fees for these services vary on a per-client basis and are subject to the number and types of services contracted. Fees typically range between ten thousand and fifty thousand dollars per annum. Details of fees paid by this issuer are available upon request."

Have you ever wondered why the only questions they accept at conference calls are from B Riley (underwriters from the preferred share deal) and Zack's (paid promoters)?

Any reputable analyst would use recurring revenue as a basis for a future stock price. Zack's takes the one-off revenue and equates that to a future price as if it were recurring. Just look at the report and see what Zack's uses for 2018 revenue:

2018 $0.03 E
P/E using 2018 Estimate 96.0

The market is forward looking. You are beyond hope if you actually believe this report, but good luck to you. There is a speculative play here, but you are being taken by a pump & dump campaign. It traded as low as $1.68 since the last news was released. It will surely retrace to the level before the pump & dump began. Don't believe me? Go back and read the email where you learned about this stock. Read the fine print at the bottom. This is a paid pump & dump.
