Novacab International Inc announces that it acquired the technology which provides for the design and
manufacture of composite distribution poles , telecommunication poles, solar/wind technology poles
and self supported towers. This is an innovated solution having a superior value by replacing wood and
steel products.
The technology was developed over a period of ten years in collaboration with the University of
Sherbrooke and the National research Council of Canada. The directors of the development program are
board members.
Novacab International is changing its corporate name to Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. The regulatory
filings have been initiated to effect this change and to obtain a new trading symbol.

Global PoleTrusion Group Corp also created two divisions within its operations which include Poletrusion
Canada as the engineering division and Poletrusion USA as the North American fabrication division.
Primex Investments acts as the marketing representative of its products.
The technology has now reached a mature level and obtained and is obtaining homologation from many
countries. There is a worldwide interest in the products and the upcoming contracts as manufacturers
and vendors as well as joint venture partners.
