buzz, for starters, hopefully they will get the 1Q 10Q on time. I see that they extended it to this Friday. Recall that this year was going to be a hyper-growth year for FTE, so 1Q could be quite a good quarter.

I imagine they are working their butts off to get the filing done and put them in a position to get the stock uplisted to the Nasdaq. Unless they can keep up with their SEC filings I don't believe an uplisting is in the cards.
