Terrific, thank you for that. I would hope then out of prudence, we hopefully have no need for dilution!

This is a large positive and WDDD will now have a potential alternative for financing that one would hope Kidrin will use (given how much dilution has occurred in the past and) given the value of that stake.

They are two different companies so he needs to consider his duty to shareholders of Worlds in that regard.

Ie if you have an alternative to dilution then you should be using it!
