The great thing we see about the new company is that the outstanding share count and the number of shares in the float has stayed the same since August 8, 2016 where the OS count was 1,481,754,533. The Outstanding share count and float remains the same as the OS count in the new 10Q filing May 12, 2017 was 1,481,754,533. 9 months now and no increase in the OS count and float which is what really matters for shareholders... The series B shares the insiders hold are restricted for a year from issuance plus the rule 144 will effect even longer restrictions , 6 more months, after that year time period is up. Add to that there will be restrictions on how many shares insiders can sell in specific set time periods. Added to that I believe the insiders have no interest in selling shares for the LONG RUN and will hold their shares as Victor Keen and other insiders and done for years. If the stock price were to sky rocket higher and insiders could sell shares current shareholders would have opportunity to sell at higher levels before insiders would sell anyway.Insiders I believe are interested in one thing and that is to increase value of the company and its share price through implementing their plan to bring products and revenue in through commercializing current patented products along with developing strategic partnerships and alliences through mergers , accretive acqusitions ,R&D agreements and so forth. Great things ahead !!!
