that is nonsense look at the retailing stocks which are in the toilet and started losing value a year or more ago thereby signaling the rise of amazon and online sales taking more market share. there is a distinct correlation between the price of a stock and the fundamentals of the company period!!! when a company can't even (at a bare minimum) file their required financial reports with the S.E.C. it puts up a red flag.
