NCA.T Newcastle Gold - anyone taken a look?

Newcastle and Orezone appear to be two of the most undervalued multi million ounce heap leach projects that could get acquired.

Main risks with Newcastle on the surface appear to be 1) access to water 2) No pre-feasibility yet and 3) there are heap-leach piles from past production but Newcastle would need to build new piles, they can't just start on the old ones (heap-leaching is a chemical reaction - needs to be perfect) and 4) potentially not enough land next to national monument

#2 is mitigated by the fact this is a former producer but #1, #3 and #4 are real. Has anyone looked at NCA.T in depth or read a similar analysis?
