Indeed.

No real surprise though. SHOM didn't issue their financial disclosure yesterday, no late notice either, plus is now trading in the trips. They've never really carried through with anything they claimed they would do.

In fact, SHOM never issued their attorney opinion letter with their annual disclosure either, which is why they are still limited information with a yield sign on OTCM. What is so difficult about an opinion letter? It's routine for even the most lowly OTC stocks.
