Question regarding Outlook.

Someone in my office just brought this to my attention. I'm not sure if it is something new or if it has always been this way and it was just noticed. I have a feeling it's new.

If I look at any email from any of my co-workers and hover over their name it will show "free until 1:30", "free until 4:00", "free for the next 8 hours".

If I hover over someone's name who is from outside my office I don't see that so it must be something that is turned on in my office.

Any ideas?
