It really makes no difference who is in charge.
The company is dead.
They can do a deal like DRYS (perhaps), but that hasn't been any better for shareholders than doing nothing.
No bank will loan money to TEUFF. The company has no money to put down a down payment and the banks that loaned previously all took huge haircuts.

They may try a secondary offering after a large reverse split, but at this point, I don't see any way for shareholders to recoup, let alone profit on this stock.
