They have a six year look back for recouping funds if I'm not mistaken. The sums they can collect could be substantial, especially if they decide to go after the dozens and dozens of other companies who've infringed over the years. What a shame, PTSC had the tech industry by the balls and let it all go for pennies. Bad legal representation, bad and corrupt management, and a corrupt legal system were all factors IMO.
