Have you seen any SEC audited filing proof that this Novo thing has any sales, revenues or profits, and if so what they even are?

Looking at the shares just issued it now has a huge market cap at this price. I smell a death spiral dump coming here.

I guess they gave up on the engine (it was novel) and the GTL-technology.
