There's too much fake/false with SHOM to believe it's valid in any way. Start with the watch, then Coke, then the misspelling of a scientist's name in 4-5 PRs. The websites never materialized - they're still in the name of Miguel Dotres who claims to not be a part of SHOM any longer. It's just much too contrived to believe it's real. Add to all that the hiring of promoters to drive home every bit of fluff they release.

To wrap it all up nicely and neatly, SHOM is STILL using this utterly False and misleading statement on each and every one of their PRs. Not to mention it's a security violation since they do NOT file with the SEC, they are NOT an SEC Registrant.
