You don't get many unprofitable companies moving from the OTC for good reason.
You're looking at this like the markets are rational.
Just did a screener of the 2,511 stocks on the NAZ. ~950 came back as negative earnings. $LTEA and $NBEV weren't cash flow positive over the TTM prior to uplist. There is a ton of crap on the Nasdaq CM with $50M to $200M valuations that don't even have substantial top lines, let alone bottom lines.
