Board rules don't allow us to mention the name of another company here, but if you search "American Green" and look for April 25, 2017 you will find that the new trademark owners have been trying for two years to get the USTPO approval. They have their own OTC symbol so they don't need to buy AMNE for use as a shell. So AMNE will remain in a state of limbo unless and until the regulators declare it dead. With six years of zero filings is should have happened long ago.
