New Fibertower, AT&T, and The FCC are in talks right now to cut a deal. Maybe you didn't get the MEMO but that is what the Petition to Deny process, Response, and Rebuttals were all about. Wake up and smell the coffee Condoe3, this train is moving along and it is all a question of paying off the shareholders in order to get them out of the way. Question is does AT&T and Fibertower go cheap or do they pony up and have spectrum for the coming years.
