IFUS is dead money for now. If we get control of the shell, it will pay us big time. I say the original plan was the best with emergency shareholder meeting and we vote in new management. I have listened to other large holders point out that the CEO of IFUS does not have control of the company until he converts pref shares. The o/s percentage is in our corner and the time is excellent. Plus, it was shareholders that did all the work for the company anyway. Let's get IFUS on the right tracks.
