May 12-13-I have to coax Dreama to record an image of a Merveille des quatres saisons lettuce plant that has bolted. It's totally suggestive. Maybe Monday morning.

Blackberry Winter returned Friday and most of Saturday morning. By lunch, the clouds started to dissipate. I went from wearing an overcoat, my knit cap, a long sleeve shirt to just the t shirt. I piddled around. After taking some lettuce and radishes to Angelica at Woodie's I put in a couple of basil plants, and sowed seed in zucchini hill #5 and Moon & Stars hill #3.

It's encouraging to see the cucumber plants starting to perk up. Maybe the roots are finding the organic fertilizer and horse manure.

And I've seen two tomatoes form. I won't know what they will be until probably mid June.
