Seems the company has abandoned this stock. PRs have negative correlation with pps. On a pre-RS basis, we are looking at $0.20 from a high of over $2.00 less than a year ago. Potential delist due to denial of another RS. Chat rooms may take advantage of low volume again and get some fake runs. But, saying this one is a long shot is a gross understatement.
