based on what I seen there is maybe 3 legitimate individual transactions yesterday and the rest were institutional!!. yes mgmt is "cooking" something up and that is the problem it it all "cooked" with this company .the otc markets are not here for the benefit of stockholders ,it is for the institutions!!!!we need to get prhl off this board and stop the organized theft by all means!!!!I have asked for company financials and got a brick wall . sorry randall ,just add that to a list of things you are obligated to do if requested!!!
to answer the previous question ,it was for fraud and mentions numerous people currently involved with this co.
