This paragraph illustrates why I said $IFON needs a 10-15 : 1 R/S. At the current price range that implies a post-split ticker trading between $4-6 / share initially. This should fall back 80% post-split to somewhere between $0.80-1.20 per share depending on the size of the split.

If I were advising $IFON management I would urge them to consider a 30 : 1 R/S which takes $IFON to $12 initially, but anticipates the possibility of a 90% post-split price reduction ($1.20 bottom in that scenario). Thinking behind this larger split proposal is that since one has to be done, make it large enough so a second split definitely isn't needed any time in the next couple of years.

With respect to timing: the market knows a split is needed to attract new funding, so the sooner certainty is established the sooner the price can begin to bottom and stabilize.

For the present, based on today's trading $0.30-35 should print heavily this coming week.
