Varian OraLab® and Dräger Drug Test®

Both are what Police are using now and finding resistance in the Court System

Dräger 5000 Is what's preferred but needs a Drug Specialist, plus a Court Order to do a Test, roadside is just term used as they need a Judge, someone to draw Blood (Dräger Drug Test® needs a blood draw to back-up results, so a Specialist needs to take a Blood draw after the Dräger 5000 picks up a drug) and a Specialist to do the Dräger 5000 Test, still with all that - Resistance from the Court System as the Test is flawed - Canada seems to be alright with the Rights broke or stomped on, USA side the Rights carry more weight, it's a flawed Test and what they want is MADD happy that something is being done, even thou Dräger 5000 might pick-up you smoked days before driving - I think they need to Test for Alcohol that goes back 72 hours before driving - Then MADD ( Mothers Against Drunk Driving) would be told it's a flawed Test, those same folks that have 1 Beer at a Baseball game on Friday nite - Nope they couldn't drive to work Monday if they Tested back 72 hrs for that 1 Beer Friday nite on Monday - Put us all in jail or nab everyone's Drivers Licsnse - Auto sale would plummet - Everyone in rehab - MADD - They might drink and drive couple 3 hours later - Cannabix Breathalyzer solves that for the flawed Swab Test - JMO
