Sessions met with colorado gov and said going after mj business is not a priority and trump signed budget that includes the rohrabacher - blumenauer amendment that prohibits the doj and dea from prosecuting businesses in states where medical mj is legal - it does not include recreational mj. 8 states have allowed rec mj so far. Given the opiate problem and record deaths with heroin/amphetamines - I believe the doj will be too busy to go after states all the way to the supreme court; especially as some states have expanded the meaning of and the use of med mj. Lets not forget that the states and the fed gov't can pull in a lot of needed cash from mj use.
Also, statistics are showing that a lot of assumptions about how rec mj would increase crime/driving under the influence etc. are proving that those opposed to rec mj are wrong according to the Gov of Colorado.
