No matter what anyone touts on this board about ARTR, the fact the absolutely NO ONE has enough faith to invest at .0002 speaks volumes for the current state of this so-called public company. Not many even interested in 1's at this point... the volume & pps epitomizes our pathetic mgmt team. It is right where it should be.
