In April, I received a PM from someone who stated,


”Have you heard anything about Joy Nunn refusing to be involved with this venture, and resigning from the board months ago?

I assume they won't use her patents then? Then this doesn't seem solid.

She's on the SEC filings, but insists she is not.



“Refusing” is strong wording. Anyone else have anything to add that might be helpful?
