But WHY is it dated? It was at one time current information supposedly. Why isn't it still? What happened? And if it happened once, why wouldn't it be expected to happen again?

I wonder if Heffernan isn't waiting for a time period to expire so that he could file financials, etc with him being the CEO which he wasn't able to do before. He had to resign his positions and run the company from behind a curtain.

Maybe signing off on filings under the alias "Sean Lee" was the reason. I believe that's very heavily frowned upon.
