thanks , i am a little concerned by the fact, that the board do not tell anything besides kind of promises the things could go on "pretty soon"....

In my view a SQUEEZE OUT is possible, when at least 95 % of the shares are in one hand ANd the minority of at least 5 % get a "FAIR OFFER" by the company. In UK f.e. ist the price approx. 80 % of the price of a potential Take-Over.

Shareholder of HANSON TRUST in the UK did receive 82 % of the bid of the former main shareholder.

I have no idea yet, what the family Fuda wants to do.

I think now is approx. 62 % of the MMTIF-Shares in their hand.....
