Why?

First of all, this is the second investment of Junwei Zheng. Some weeks ago, he already invested 1.000.000 $, so it is totally 5.500.000 million $ investment. Somebody must be very much convinced when putting such a huge amount in a single company!

They agreed that investment can be converted into shares at a price of 3.50 $ per share. This is around 30 % higher than current closing price!! So KIWA has shown good arguments, that KIWA will be at a much higher price within short period. Obviously, this was also convincing for Junwei Zheng!

With this investment of 4.500.000 $! KIWA can create revenues of at least 10.000.000 $ from June to December. Beside other sources of financing. So for sure we will end with r venues of + 25.000.000 $ this year.

So KIWA has increased revenues within 2 years from 0 to 25.000.000 $. If such a development is possible within such a short time, everybody can imagine how many possibilities they have for the coming years.

Especially, when we look at the contract with Yantai fruits, which is in the same news release. This should be around 9.000.000 $ revenues in 2017 only with this customer. They agreed on a quantity of 50.000 tons of fertilizer, which is almost equal to their whole production quantity in 2016. very much impressing!
