Silvr, the three patent applications all being filed to replace existing applications is definitely a move to add over 5 of years patent life. No doubt they want to to extend it as far out as possible. But I believe the 20 yr patent life clock starts ticking at the time of filing. Additional time can based on delays caused by the USPTO.

They did purposely file with missing information which caused a delay, intentional, possibly? However, I believe this was strategic but will not add any life to the patent.
