Not sure what his age has to do with it if unless you are talking physical labor...which you're not....or unless he is in bad health...also what makes you think he doesn't already have an assistant on hand?...and if so what does or what would that young assistant do to get it done faster or better...smack some people around to speed legal processing up?...you know it will still be John making the decisions even if he had an assistant.
