Nice post - any insight on if they will be able to deliver the mods on the March 31st Cummins engine?

The Secure Supply Order is promising, but as a client they don't seem like they have $400M to invest in the project. How are they financed? Stanley Phillips alone?

I'm all ears if they are legit but I have strong doubts.
